Shipping policy

Add your items to the bag, proceed to checkout and enter your complete delivery address and postcode. You can then review available services, the exact shipping charge and your order total before placing or paying for your order.

You do not need to complete a purchase to see the rate. If no delivery option appears, contact AFTRSAU@GMAIL.COM before ordering so we can check service availability.

Order processing takes 3–7 business days before dispatch. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding NSW public holidays. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

We will contact you if an unexpected issue affects dispatch. If you need an order for an event, email us before purchasing to discuss the available delivery estimate.

Free standard shipping within Australia applies to orders of A$100 or more after discounts, excluding shipping. Tracking is provided when available after dispatch; carrier scans may take time to update. Check your address carefully before ordering.

For a correction, email us promptly with your order number. We will confirm whether it can be changed before dispatch.

Contact us with your order number so we can help investigate. Photos of the item and packaging and an unboxing video, if available, are helpful. A missing video or original packaging does not exclude a valid consumer-guarantee claim.

We will arrange any remedy required under Australian Consumer Law. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or missed collection, we will explain any applicable redelivery charge before you agree to it. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
